  • How do I place an order?

You can place an order directly through our website by selecting your desired product, adding it to your cart, and proceeding to checkout.

  • Do you offer international shipping?

We are currently working on  international shipping. For deliveries outside Sri Lanka, especially to Norway, please contact us for more details.

  • Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email so you can follow the progress of your shipment.

  • How long does shipping take

Delivery times vary depending on your location. For orders within Sri Lanka, expect delivery within 3–5 business days. For international orders, shipping times can vary, and we recommend contacting us for estimated delivery times.

  • Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

We work hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, you cannot cancel the order once the payment has been processed. However, if there are any changes needed that do not impact the price, we will try to accommodate them within 3 hours of placing your order. Please contact us immediately for any requests.

  • What should I do if I haven’t received my order?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please reach out to us with your order number, and we’ll assist you in locating your package.

Return and Exchange Policy

 

  • What is your return policy?

We’re happy to accept returns of unworn, unmarked earrings, necklaces, and rings within 5 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns of size-adjusted rings, wedding bands or customized pieces.

  • How do I request a return?

Please contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

  • Can I exchange an item?

You, exchanges are  only available if you want a different size . Please contact us to arrange an exchange within 5 days of receipt.

  • Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

  • What materials are your jewellery made from?

Our jewelry is crafted from high-quality materials, including sterling silver, gold, and platinum. We also use ethically sourced gemstones in our designs.

  • Are your gemstones natural?

Yes, all our gemstones are natural and ethically sourced. We provide a detailed description of the gemstone type and origin for each product.

  • How do I know if my jewellery contains real gold or gemstones?

We ensure transparency in all our product descriptions. Each item’s material and gemstone authenticity are clearly mentioned. Additionally, you can request certificates of authenticity for certain pieces.

  • What kind of gemstones do you use in your designs?

We use a variety of gemstones, including diamonds, sapphires, rubies, and semi-precious stones like topaz, amethyst, and tourmaline. Specific details are provided with each product listing.
